Home fix-it and safety tips

A curated index of the US government's guidance for keeping a home and family safe: how to prepare for, live through and recover from floods, hurricanes, wildfires, extreme heat, winter storms, home fires, power outages, household chemical emergencies and more. Each guide has its title, a short summary, its topic, the agency that publishes it, when it was first published and last updated, and a link to the full page; the app points to the official page rather than copying it. The seed holds Ready.gov's hazard guides (FEMA). Energy.gov, CPSC and EPA guidance can be added to the same tables as those agencies publish it in a form the importer reads.
